– NBC has decided against going forward with its commitment to a drama pilot about 1980s professional wrestling involving Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as an executive producer and Jerry Bruckheimer’s production company, reports PWInsider.com. The option for the series was not renewed last month. Since NBC purchased the series and guaranteed a pilot episode would air, the network is believed to have paid a penalty for dropping the project.

– Shelly Martinez has launched an eStore at www.ShellyMartinezShop.com. It features shirts, DVDs and soon, limited edition photos.

– In Thursday’s birthdays, WWE Hall of Famer Wendi Richter turns 51-years-old, one-time WWE Divas Champion Jillian Hall turns 32, and Low Ki, winner of the second season of WWE NXT, turns 33.

– The 2010 film Tooth Fairy, starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, airs on FX on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. and Friday at 11:00 a.m.
